The Resort consists of 19 luxurious two and three store houses, a hotel building, and a number of facilities including swimming pools, deluxe spa centre, gym, restaurant, and many more.
The two bedroom houses range from 103 to 113 sq. m. The three bedroom houses are from 141 to 153 sq. m. Every house consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with an on-suite bathroom and toilet, an extra downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, and private terraces.
