LOCATION
The resort is situated on 36 km north of Burgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 100 hotels, erected in long and wide lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its six-kilometers-long beaches reach as far as Nessebar to the south. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole specter of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children. Historically, the Sunny Beach resort was built for the 3-star tourist market, but during the nineties and especially during the past several years, all new hotels that were built and all renovated hotels were built to target the 4-star and 3+ star market. On the other hand, 20 years ago the active tourist season in Bulgaria was 3 months long and currently it lasts for at least 6 months. For the past several years, private investors have invested in the resort more than EUR 300 million in the construction of new hotels - primarily 4-star hotels and in the renovation of the existing 3-star hotels.
AMENITIES AND FACILITIES
The hotel complex will consist of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bed suites and will be constructed and furnished to meet the highest quality standards of 3-star or 4-star hotel properties and in accordance with the standards of the leading a hotel brand that plan to attract on a management or a franchising contract. The apartments will be equipped with modern appliances and designer-style furniture, TVs, other electronics, for additional cost. The all apartments have allocated space for kitchenettes, with the purpose of an alternative for those clients who would like to feel the atmosphere of a home, or to be available as an additional convenience for the hotel guests. This is one of the very few complexes in Sunny Beach Resort that complies with the highest quality standards of materials that will be used in its construction, furniture, interior design and service.
