Location of the building
The building is located in the central area of Sunny Beach, the biggest Bulgarian resort on the Black Sea Coast, with the longest and widest beach strip. Situated in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera is stretching along a beautiful semicircular bay facing east. Closed to the north by the descending ridges of the Balkan Range, thus blending sea and mountain in perfect harmony. Lying to the south is the small peninsula on which the ancient town of Nessebur is located - an architectural and historic monument of Bulgarian and world culture.
About the building
The building is situated in the Western part of the Sunny Beach resort. Together with a semi-detached building, it forms a closed complex, in the centre of which a swimming pool is built. It will consist of six floors with 107 one-, two-bedroom apartments and studios.
Swimming pool and recreational facilities
The internal courtyard with its recreational facilities and a swimming pool is completely isolated from the exterior sounds.
Construction
The building will be monolithic, made of reinforced concrete beamless construction. Partition walls made of gypsum boards and brick external walls with thermo insulation. The building will be finished with mineral colored plaster
Apartments
All apartments will have fully fitted bathroom with shower cabin and boiler. Also available as an optional extra is furniture package. The block has the benefit of a service agreement, provided at a minimal annual cost and covers the cleaning of all common area, 24 hours security, insurance and lifts. The annual cost for the service is 5 Euro/m2.
Each apartment will be completely ready for living; all the buyers will need is the furniture.
The apartments will be completed as follows:
- Floors in the corridor and in the kitchen - terracotta tiles
- Floors in the rooms - laminate
- Walls - ground coated and painted with latex
- Ceilings - ground coated and painted with latex
- Bathroom: floor and walls - terracotta tiles, faience, shower cabin and boiler, sanitary ware and accessories

- Water mains and system of drains
- Doors - entrance doors with lock, partition doors - laminated particle board doors
- Windows: PVC/ three - ply/ frames
- Air condition unit in each room
- Telephone and cable TV outlets
Warranty
The builder provides 10 years guarantee of the construction and 5 years guarantee of all the finishing works in the flat.
