 The vacation resort  is situated just next to the villages Aheloy and Ravda, at about 7 km. from the city of Nessebаr and the famous Blacksea resort "Sunny Beach". The large Blacksea city of Bourgas is located just 25 km. away from the resort, and the airport of Bourgas is even closer, at about 20 km. distance.
The vacation resort will be built on a parcel of 5004 square meters, with built area of 1333.20 sq.m. and unfolded built area of 7500 sq. m.
The execution of the project started  at December 2007 and will be completed in May 2009.
After the features and aspect of the terrain have been reviewed, a functional and spacious composition of a residential group of five floors and four entrances has been proposed. The object is divided into two sections, A and B, with 127 apartments in total for the four entrances:
