The Complex is a remarkable project of one-bedroom apartments and studios, which is situated in the Nessebar summer resort, only 40 m from the awesome white-sand beach and blue sea waves.
Located in Nessebar, the most picturesque town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast the complex apartments will provide their owners with inspiring panorama views of the sea and the town itself. Surely a benefit is the close proximity to the most popular and largest summer resort Sunny Beach resort, which engrosses with its eight-kilometre long beach of marvellous fine sand, reaching 30-40 meters width at some places and is famous with its busy nightlife and numerous tourist attractions.
The location of the site, where this project will be build is nearby the road Nessebar - Ravda, which will be converted in a pedestrian zone according to decision of the Council of the Nessebar Municipality. The location of the site also provides quick access to the highway road linking Varna and Bourgas, the major ports of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This access is ensured by a shortcut from the highway to the place of the site.
300 m away from the residential complex is being built the biggest aqua park with tennis courts and other facilities for the leisure time of the tourists.
In the complex are offered one-bedroom apartments and "Studio" type.
This allows the future owners to enjoy their apartments during this year' summer season. The apartments will be sold fully completed with air-conditioner, tiled floor and fully finished bathroom.
Traditionally constructed using the most up to date building techniques and materials, the lovely new apartments will be easy to maintain and luxuriously finished in the following manner:
