The Holiday village is located in the north-east part of Sunny beach, 60m. away from the beach and 3 km. away from Nessebar. It is designed as a micro complex with residential areas to be used all year round. The apartments of the complex are devided into different categories - studios, one and two bedroom apartments, shops and a café. The building is designed and constructed in a way that reveals a cosy inner yard. There are swimming pool, open-air bar, lawns a parking lot in the yard.
The studios consist of single room with a bathroom, corridor and balcony. The living rooms are conveniently spacious with small kitchen and dinning area. The walls have thermal and sound insulation.
