Location Rosen has many attributes which make it ideal for a holiday or investment purposes, not least of those is position. It is not only very close to Sozopol, one of the main tourist destinations but also Bourgas, the fourth largest city in Bulgaria, and its international airport. Rosen's proximity to these locations is an advantage but so too is the quality of the road by which these journeys are taken. Rosen is just a short distance from the main road between Bourgas and Sozopol which is rated as the best road in Bulgaria, the fact that it is a high speed 4 lane road reduces the travel time significantly in comparison with other villa areas north of Bourgas. The journey from Rosen to Sozopol takes less than 15 minutes and the journey to Bourgas is only slightly longer. Rosen has a tradition of holiday villas and in the past it was primarily affluent Bulgarians, although now a significant number of properties are also owned by foreigners, mainly Brits. It attracts the Bulgarian and foreign market for the same reasons. It offers tranquility, beautiful landscapes and is only minutes from the city.
